Fundraising

As a charity, we rely heavily on donations and fundraising by the public. Fundraising ideas can come in all shapes and sizes, and we're here to help with advice and assistance to raise funds for our worthy cause. Coming up with a novel fundraising idea not only helps to bring in much needed funds but can also help raise awareness for Down's Syndrome and our Support Group. Many fundraising ideas are tried and tested, but the really great charity fundraisers are formed when people try to think about something slightly different to the norm. Even if you aren't able to come up with a totally new fundraiser, try to think how you might use a popular fundraising idea and change it to make it stand out. Even wild and wonderful ideas can work if you get enough support behind it!

There are many schools and organisations that have chosen charities for a period of time. It would be a huge benefit to us if you were able to approach your child's school to nominate us as their chosen charity. You could also approach your local Golf Club, Sports Club, Rotary Club, Masonic Lodge etc.

Contact Us if you would be able to help us with fundraising or would like some advice.
